Today I have an incredible guest, Dr. Jack Sherman,

that is Jacqueline Sherman, who is an incredible sex and intimacy expert.

And this is a topic that I think many of us shy away from.

It's not something that's discussed openly,

we're all raised differently and have different experiences as to how we speak about sex and intimacy.

And Dr. Jack really is the pro. I loved this conversation with her where we speak about all things to do with our bodies, to do with pleasure, to do with even scheduling sex, and really addressing our needs, not just our partners' needs.

I found this conversation enlightening, entertaining, deep and important and I'm also thrilled to share that Dr Jack is a
