Omar, thanks for joining us. Thank you, Kwame. Hey, it's a pleasure to be on. A big fan of the American Negotiation Institute and in your show. So, honored to be here, man. I mean, this is a topic I love to talk about. So it's great to be here. Thank you, man. I appreciate it. And we're excited to have you. And like I said, off, you know, off air. I really admire the brand that you've built in such a small time.

telling the listeners about yourself and what you do? Yeah, long story short, I'm a boy from Texas,

grew up on the border, went to medical school at Texas Tech University, halfway to you figured out.

I could see myself doing other things. I dropped out, started off

in the medical technology space over 10 years ago, did robotic surgery sales for a few years and then

moved into marketing. And for the last like nine, 10 years, what I've really focused on is the
