get started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? Yeah. So, you know, I work a couple different hats. One of my

first hats, I'm an organizational development specialist at NASA. So I've been at NASA for about

seven years. But none of what I say and none of what I'm talking about is a representation

of NASA. I wear a couple other hats. And that's when I'm bringing to the table. So my wife and I have a

consulting and coaching firm and we really trained executives, leaders, managers on how to,

our tagline is living and leading wholeheartedly. And my wife got trained by Brunay Brown.

And, you know, she's a social worker and she is a researcher and
