You want a tighter body, a stronger metabolism, and muscle is what creates that look. Muscle is what gives you shape, muscles what gives you that firmness. Muscle is what makes that body look more quote unquote toned. I just want to keep saying it like that because a lot of women want to get toned, but they don't want to put in the work that it takes to get toned because they have this misconception about what it means to build muscle.
