| 1:09.3 | I love it. And that moleskin serves as my daily calendar. It's where I put my to-do list. It's sort of kind of where I journal, not really journaling, but I'll write notes in that book, including at the beginning of the year, |

| 1:34.2 | And I've got, I think I started doing this in 2011, 2012. |
| 1:40.7 | So even before walking was part of my regular daily routine. |

| 1:52.0 | At the time, most of our six children still lived with us. |
| 1:57.0 | One, maybe two had already left. |
| 2:00.0 | So we were still in that phase of active parenting. |
| 2:05.6 | In some ways, that life feels so much different from what's happening today, the life that I have today. |
| 2:14.6 | All six of our children are grown, they're gone. |
