And so the walks on a treadmill for me were never very long because I got bored, didn't have the discipline to stay on the treadmill. That has changed. I have a small treadmill probably better described as a

and right now I'm walking directly into the wind this is wind that's coming off

the ocean I live in Myrtle Beach South Carolina and the Atlantic Ocean is

probably a mile away directly in front of me. I can't see it.

What I can see is the airport,
