Today's 10 minute walk will help you keep the fitness promise you made to yourself and add another link to your growing fitness chain.

A couple of surprises as I'm heading out.

Check the weather before I left.

The temperature actually a little bit above normal for this time of year, so that's good, that's good.

And it indicated, the forecast indicated that there's the possibility for a little bit of light rain within an hour or so.

Surprise number one, it's a little breezier than I expected. So although the temperature is a bit above

normal, the breeze is making it feel, well, normal. And secondly, I walked out, again, with this

idea that it might, might start raining in an hour or so.

I'm walking around and looking at the sky and it looks fairly clear.

Although one of the things I've learned since we've moved down here to South Carolina,

can change pretty quick. Now this is more of a summer thing where you're, we're going along

and it's sunny, blue sky, hot, and then within 10 minutes the skies are gray and, and there's a massive thunderstorm rolling through.

And then it rolls through, and we're back to blue sky and sunshine.

It's like, okay.

So I guess that's just how it rolls living as close to the ocean, which is about two miles from where I'm walking.

One of the things that I discovered talk about surprises,

if you would ask me beforehand, if this would be the case, I would have said,
