Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent.

So last night we had a community meeting at a community center that's, I'm guessing, a mile, more than a mile from the house.

And I'm a little embarrassed that I didn't think of this first.

Ava says to me, so are we going to walk?

Yes, yes, we can walk.

I just had this mindset.

And it was perfect because we take a walk after dinner every night.
