Today's 10 minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent.

Let's go for a walk.

Walking early in the morning, it's rather peaceful

other than the one car that is passing off in the distance.

And I don't know if you can hear the, you can probably hear the wind.

Can you hear the bugs?

About 10 yards away is a grove of small trees, large bushes, and then about 20 yards beyond that are taller trees.

And so all the bugs are in this grove, and it's a nice little early morning chorus as I begin walking.

I got a comment or one of the videos on my Walking-Fitness Fitness YouTube channel had a comment from a viewer.

It was a really sweet comment. It was an encouraging comment. And let me pull this up real

quick because I don't want to miss quote. The end of the comment, the viewer said, thanks for all

you're doing to help the world be a better place. And that stopped me in my tracks. It's like,

how encouraging is that? Thanks for all you're doing to help the world be a better place.

And that got me thinking about walking. Does walking make the world a better place?

If everyone walked more, would the world be a better place?

And I recognize that how each of us defines a better place is probably going to be different.

For some, it would need to include these things. Others would like, no, that would not make the world a better place. We can be

very divided and very different in our opinion about what actually would make the world a better

place. I wasn't dissuaded. I kept thinking.

So are there things that if everybody walked more,

are there things that at least most of us could agree on

that would result from everyone walking more,
