0:34.9 | as she can? Please welcome to RunPod team, G.B. Sprinter. It's Lena Nielsen. Hello. Okay, right. So do you listen to anything when you're training? Not when I'm training, but when I warm up for a competition, I definitely listen to music. Does it help kind of get you in the zone? It does, and I definitely listen to music that gets me into that war zone, if you will. |
0:55.3 | Okay, I like that. My playlist was called World War II5. Oh, you actually, oh my God, I love this. W25, so yeah, it's 2025, the season that we're at, and it's to kind of get me in that fighting mode. Okay, I love it. So can you tell us any tracks that are on there? I always start with One Boy Run, which is kind of like, it's, it feels like a movie when you're listening to it. It's like, okay, right, let me get the vibes going and get my motivation up. I see, I love this. This is just good because it just gives me more to put on my playlist and the hope that it works for me as well and for anyone else that's listening. |
1:31.0 | And do you have any albums that you listen to or anything that you would have as like a wind down afterwards? Oh, I've not really thought about a wind down, but I definitely, I'm loving |

1:53.7 | amazing work and do, on speed work, and then you were just saying, obviously, that your long run |
1:58.4 | is a 20-minuteer, isn't it? Yes. For now, one day it'll be longer. |
2:02.1 | Do you listen to anything like a podcast while you're out? |
2:18.7 | Definitely, if it's going to be a longer effort, I would definitely, I think you can drown out music, so I would definitely listen to something that will stimulate the mind. So I would definitely listen to a podcast. and I'd listen to podcasts where I can get tips and advice and listen to kind of real life stories and and take something from someone's experience. So I'll definitely |
2:23.6 | listen to something like the one podcast. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Correct. I'm sorry. |
2:27.4 | And hopefully we could give you some tips. But yeah, definitely something that that you will |
2:31.5 | be interested in and that will invoke some sort of inspiration within you. |
2:35.5 | It is amazing, isn't it? I mean, when I started running, there were no podcasts. And in fact, |
2:40.2 | this just shows how old I am and I had to run with like a disc man. And I'd shove it in my |
2:46.7 | bra and it would like bounce around and jump and then earphones weren't even like in ear things it |
2:52.1 | was just ridiculous but now i mean running and listening to something is just so easy and actually |
