| 0:51.3 | When we lived in Maryland, we had some woodpeckers that were in the area. |
| 0:58.0 | And one day I heard the bird pounding on the tree and determined it was right on the other side of the street, |
| 1:08.0 | walked over there very slowly and quietly because i don't want to scare |
| 1:11.5 | the bird away or scare the bird to stop and he kept pecking away at the tree and i finally figured out |
| 1:21.5 | which tree he was in and looked up and saw him and was shocked at how big he was. |
| 1:29.2 | Because I grew up with the cartoon Woody Woodpecker, |
| 1:32.9 | the cartoon bird was really kind of small. |

| 1:39.3 | And when I saw a real woodpecker, it's like, oh my, that's not Woody. |
| 1:46.3 | I was listening to a podcast earlier this week, |
| 1:49.5 | and the guest was talking about his morning routine, |
| 1:54.7 | which was actually several hours long, |
| 1:58.0 | not the podcast, but his morning routine lasted several hours. And he began his mornings really early, I think. It was around 4.30. The routine involved an hour of meditation. It involved a fitness activity. He did burpees and then some intensely focused work. |
