Summary

The journey called life can take many twists and turns. Most people try to navigate through it on their own; however, walking the path with God gives us a level of success that the world will never experience. We cannot succeed or be happy without God; we therefore need to actively seek out His presence and constantly remain in it. One of the ways we become aware of Him being present in our lives is by a shift in mindset, from thinking about our sins to thinking about our righteousness in Christ. Another way is to study God’s Word daily, which keeps us in constant contact with Him. The benefits are multiple, and include strength, joy, peace, and godly wisdom. Knowing Jesus is knowing God, Himself; pursuing a relationship with Him gives us everything we need.

0:19.0	Tonight we're going to start on a little something. We've been talking about worship the last couple of weeks
0:24.3	on and Sunday and I believe that God's got us in in this because all of this is
0:30.8	leading to a place where we can begin to live life with ease and live life in peace.
0:41.2	I believe with all my heart that the peace of God is a
0:44.2	launching pad to power and there's no better way to achieve that than to
0:49.2	understand first of all how to worship but then the results of worship is going to be the
0:55.4	presence of God in our lives. So I want to talk about the power of God's presence
1:01.0	and how you can, you know, it's something that you need to begin to be
1:07.4	intentional about the presence of God and practicing the presence of God on the day-to-day basis.
1:15.0	And as you begin to be intentional about that,
1:18.0	and you begin to recognize and become aware of God's presence in your life.
1:25.0	Everything changes.
1:27.0	And so let's get into this.
1:29.0	Let's start off in Psalms 16 verse 11. Psalms 16 verse 11 and then revelations.
1:37.0	Eventually I want to end up in dealing with the benefits of the presence of the
1:41.8	Lord and every time I talk about the presence of the Lord and every time I talk about the
1:43.6	presence of the Lord I can't help but to get this in my get a picture of this
1:49.5	lifting my hands up and just knowing that he's there, you know?
