Summary

One of the most powerful aspects of a personal relationship with God is our faith in His love for us. We must be careful not to get too deep when we relate to God; His love is simple, straightforward, and unconditional, and when we believe in it, miracles start breaking out. When we know God from firsthand experience, we are empowered to do things beyond our natural capabilities. This includes loving people when they do unlovable things and forgiving them even when they hurt us. God is love; experiencing Him is guaranteed to transform us in ways that rule-keeping or self-effort cannot. He heals any issues in our lives and turns brokenness into wholeness. Once we encounter His goodness, we will never be the same.

0:26.2	Daniel 1132 we've been talking about you know this intimate presence of God we spoke a lot about last week learning how to
0:35.4	value valuing knowing God and we got into something last week that I really want to
0:41.9	dig a little deeper in. We were talking
0:44.6	about experiencing the love of God and a lot of times when you talk about the love of God you have
0:49.4	so many Christians who they really think they got it because they think this is talking about how much you love God.
0:56.0	And it gives you an opportunity to kind of gloat a little bit about I love God.
1:00.0	But that's not all. That's not it at all. We're missing the whole context of what he's trying to show with that love and he's talking about how much you believe that love.
1:12.0	How much you believe that love.
1:13.2	How much you believe it?
1:14.2	And a lot of times Christians say they believe it,
1:16.8	but then when you look at their actions,
1:18.6	they're not believing at all.
1:20.2	When you're walking around carrying care,
1:22.2	you're not believing the love of God. When you're walking around carrying care, you're not believing the love of God?
1:24.0	When you walk around wondering when you're going to be defeated, that's not believing the love of God.
1:29.0	When you believe the love of God, you say, I believe God's love for me, that's why I know I'm going to be healed,
1:36.1	I'm going to be delivered, this is going to be fine, this is going to work out.
