The Bert show. What do you need most right here right now in the current moment. I think about it for just one

second because three or four things are gonna come to mind.

All right first you're gonna go you know what money I just need money right here right now. So I'm going to go, I need time. I just

need time. You could probably line up 10 things in your head that you really need right

now. But there is going to be one that will stand out more than the

others and you don't even know what it is but your body's about to tell you.

There's a really cool simple test you can do not while you're driving so listen to this later on on the

podcast so what your hands on the wheel yes again when I explain how you do it

you'll get it so if you're not driving close your eyes and hold your hand out at arm's length,

palm up.

I wonder if our answers are going to be the same today as they were like a week ago

when you did this to us and that Dallas bar.

While we were all drinking and we might need something completely different this week than we did last week.

It's very true and so you're going to hold your arm out stretched in front of you, palm up like you're about to receive something.

Curl your finger slightly, just slightly, and then with your eyes closed,

just imagine an object being placed into your palm.

Really feel the weight of it, like really feel like you're holding it. The weight, what does it feel like? Is it smooth? Is it bumpy? Is it squishy? Is it hard? What is that object? And when you've got the object and you've seen what it looks like
