I'm going to go and Howdy folks Rob Wolf here. This is the payload solution podcast and today we have a very

special guest, very excited.

We, as all of you know, I am not much of an endurance athlete myself, have no background in this area.

And so I figured that we would get one of the possibly

the most written about best respected people who not only has participated in

endurance and ulter endurance athletics but has brought this to the masses,

and this is Joe Descenta, founder of the Spartan race

and author of the forthcoming book, Spartan Up,

CAF just became one of our key charities for Spartan Race that's the

Challenge Athletes Foundation and when you go out to we went out to their offices out in

California just blows you away how they all came about and you know somebody

basically needed a prosthetic and they raised the money and then they've gone on to do that hundreds and

hundreds of times anyway they invited us us being my son and I my eight-year-old

to a an event in Boston on Friday night. The marathon was Monday

yesterday and we went to the event and they had a bunch of the victims from
