I'm not going to say not much because I got called out for saying that every single time

in a little a little water contest. Did you really? Well, we did a little Twitter contest where we had

we ended up with like 12 questions and a few of them were

from the podcast and one of them was something like, what's the phrase that Greg uses pretty much

every single time he starts a new question which of course is all right

but a few people said not much I think they misunderstood the question but it did

point out the fact that that's all I say at the beginning of these

podcast because I have nothing going on of interest. That works for you know what I'm

going to do I'm going to give you guys something I'm going to tell you right now this is the first time I've

announced it. How special do you feel right now? We're going to be publishing Bob

to Cono's book very shortly. I don't have a date for you yet, but it's going to be coming out very soon,

and it's going to be just, it's absolutely incredible. I mean, I have it in front of me. It's in the process of being

edited so it's going to be out soon and it's it's going to be just an incredible
