podcasts we've ever recorded. Indeed. As they all do, of course. They all start with good potential and then they deteriorate immediately.

We got hosting a little

Invitational weightlifting meet here next weekend,

so everybody's getting ready for that gearing up for some

doing some curls lifts some curls and some tricep extensions definitely some beach

workouts sweet what else some beach work out. Sweet.

What else? Got my 23 and me kit in the mail today.

Oh, sweet.

Maybe mine's out there too.

Yeah, they offered to have us check that out so took them up on it. So we'll see what kind of horrible things I have to look forward to the rest of my life.

This will just validate that I'm from the shallow end of the gene pool so I'm incredibly

excited for that.

I don't know that I really need confirmation for all this kind of stuff but oh well I'm a curious person by nature so we'll see if that's in my DNA profile.

And man that's about it. I got a couple of fairly major projects cooking right now, but it's a little premature to be announcing them. So yeah, I may sneak out some previews here and there in the coming, the unspecified near future.
