On today's episode of the Dad's Hard Podcast,

we're gonna be talking about the pain of fatherlessness

and more importantly, the hope and the healing

that the gospel brings specifically to that subject.

I know a lot of you guys grew up without your dad around.

He may not have been there physically

and some of you actually had your dad there

but he wasn't there, you know what I mean?

Like he was there but he wasn't really there

emotionally for you.

And so we just talk about the pain that all of us

who grew up either without a dad physically there

or without a dad emotionally there,

that that brought us as men

and how we can start to find healing

even as men, grown men, we can find healing

through the gospel when we had absent fathers

in one way or another.

It's also a reminder for us as dads,

how important it is for us to be present,

both physically and emotionally,

spiritually, fully engaged with our family.
