faith shows the reality of what we hope for it is the evidence of things we cannot see

through their faith the people in days of old earned a good reputation.

By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God's command.

And what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.

And we're talking today from the subject, the other side of faith.

The other side of faith.

There are always two sides to everything.

There's an upside and there's a downside.

There is a perspective that most of the times we see the triumphant side of faith where

people are on the mountaintop proclaiming, look at what I did by faith. And we see that down

through the scriptures about it began there as in what we call the whole of Fame of Faith here in Hebrews chapter 11.

We see it with Adam and Eve's son Abel, how he by faith offered a more excellent sacrifice

than his brother Kane.

We see it flowing down from him to Enoch. Enoch was a man that by faith was so pleasing to God

that he walked with God and never saw death. One of the only two individuals in the Bible

who never saw death, Eok and Elijah. Those two.

He did that by faith.

And we understand from Hebrews chapter 11 in verse 6 that without faith, it is impossible to please God.

It is not possible to please, to live pleasing to God if you don't have faith. So we need faith.
