I know so much of this comes back to just us simply not trusting ourselves.

And I'm telling you we can overthink things to death.

And there isn't time for that, my friends, okay? You're only on this go-round of life once.

Right, this is it, you have a precious few years as you, as you are now on planet Earth, there isn't the luxury of taking forever to make decisions,

especially, especially, when most decisions in fact can be reversed even tattoos can be reversed.

You know I have this expression once and I absolutely loved it. It's not about making the right

decision, it's about making the decision right. I speak about this in my book, let it be

easy. It's not about making the right decision it's about making the decision that

you've made right and I mean this from small things to big things what you're eating

for dinner where you decide to live, the career path that you've chosen for now.

Yes, there are always going to be different things that you could be doing, different selections that you could be making,

but make the decision that you've made up until now right.

Love it, choose it, remind yourself why it was the best option, the best idea for you. You know I'll never forget this conversation

when I was pretty young, very impressionable, absolutely not trusting myself when it came to business and career. I was in my early 20s

working in Sydney Australia and the CEO who managed the company that I worked for, he was very decisive.

He really trusted himself. He was confident.

And I would observe him and admire him

and the way with which he made decisions.

He was very quick to make decisions and he stood by them.

And one year he hired somebody beneath him to essentially manage the Sydney location.
