Sometimes we confuse stress with responsibility.

Right, there's stress, right? A stress response that your body feels to something that's essentially fear-based.

And then there's responsibility.

Natural responsibilities appropriate. there's responsibility, appropriate responsibilities in our life.

Now, of course I'm a business owner now, I have been for over a decade, I've moved countries a lot. I've gone through a divorce. I've had my ups and downs, but just like you, right? But if I were to review my life now as a 40 year old woman.

I experienced in my life was when I was a kid, right, when we didn't have a home, when we were living in domestic violence shelters,
