Okay, let's really simplify because so many of our problems or perceived problems seem so much bigger in our head

than they are in reality. We overthink, we give them too much attention we actually fail to think logically because we're so

consumed in the problem the way that I think about it isn't necessarily that the

problem is the problem it's my relationship

to what my perceived problem is that's causing me the stress because look life has

ups and downs life has challenges there will be stuff for us to figure out,

and what if that's okay? What if we didn't meet it with such resistance?

and coming up with the best solution for you. Underthink it my friends, okay, underthink it.
