somebody can come along and copy your sales page. Someone can buy your course and copy your course

using AI. Somebody can take your book and rewrite a book. The only real moat, now that anything can be

recreated quickly and cheaply and easily, is distribution. No matter what somebody copies, your book,

your sales page, your product, your tech, it doesn't mean they can sell it.

This means the number one place that your time and energy and money investment has to go is into building brand.

Hey everybody, welcome back to the Chris Harder Show where today I am grateful, oh, it feels like

summer here. In Newport Beach, I know it's only March, but oh, it's just felt like summer days lately. And I'm grateful that daylight savings is back. So we're getting longer days as well. And if you're like, what the hell is this guy talking about? I start every single episode, at least my solo episodes, with something I'm grateful for, just to lead by example, just to remind you that you have to stop and take inventory for what

you do have going for you so that you stop coming from a place of lack, always just concentrating

on the things that you don't yet have. I don't care what level you're at. It's easy for our default to be

lack. I haven't hit this yet. I haven't done this yet. I don't have this yet. That's how we're built as

humans. When you can flip that on its head, when you can shift so that your new default by building

this muscle is looking at what you do have going into future, that's when not only life gets a lot

happier, but it becomes kind of a jumping off spot, a more solid foundation, if you will,

where you realize, oh, okay, never mind,

I have everything I need to be successful today. Let's just move that needle forward one more
