There's so many different types of environments, a group of friends.

They're an environment or a certain gym where it doesn't inspire you.

That's an environment.

Or maybe you always create the environment of your coffee and your phone in the morning,

changing that environment to a physical book in your hand and the phone is nowhere in sight. There's micro environments

that you can change that even though it's a micro environment makes a very big change in your

result.
