Here's what we're talking about. We keep hearing, even though we've debunked this how many times

we keep hearing over and over again. The media loves this because they love negativity and

doom and gloom. They do. Everybody's talking about this housing market, just going crazy down.

It's like, you know, it's going to end the world and we're back to 2008 and all that other crap.

Yeah.

Let's keep debunking this because there's so much proof out there that we're not in that situation.

So the only bubble is your gum.
