There's one verse in the Bible that every Christian man needs to know because it answers the question that we're all wrestling with, which is who am I, but more importantly, who defines it because we have to realize we can never let the culture define what it did not create.

And since a culture didn't create manhood, it has no say in what it's supposed to look like.

But as we know, it tries to every single day. It tells us that

our worth is in how much we achieve, how many women we can get with, or how much money we can make.

And if we're honest, and I'm being honest with myself, we've all been pulled in the direction

of these lies to some degree. But Psalms 1 says that blessed is a man who

walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, meaning the ways, attitudes, and lifestyles of the world,

nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers. But his delight is in the

law of the Lord. And he meditates on this day and night.

So in this episode, we're going to be breaking down that verse.

And really uncover the biggest lot that the culture tells men about their value and where to find it and what the word of God actually says about being a man.
