It's kind of crazy that this is where we are. Less than a week away from a new year.

And this is such an interesting time of year and it's such an interesting time of year.

And it's typically a time of reflection.

It's typically a time of, oh my God, I can't believe how fast time is flying by and then we get back in the rat race and we lose sight of all these things and then every December we're like oh my God I need to be more present, I need to pay more attention,

you know, and we just repeat this cycle over and over again, and thus is the beauty of the human

experience. But there was something that I was reminded of as I was paying attention to social media over the past few days and hopefully you had a lovely holiday

whatever you celebrate hopefully there was some time with family or loved ones or whatever and some

good food and memories and all the things. But that's just it. I was posting my own content over the holidays.

And a lot of it was just like your basic message which I was so hesitant to do and then it was kind of

validating. So I posted a lot of stuff about just enjoying, you know, the memory, like in the experience, be present with your loved

You know, now's not the time to be like super dialed in and I made a post on my stories on

Instagram that basically said it was a quote and it said I'll never forget that one
