What is going on everybody? Welcome back to the Mind Over Macros Podcast. As always, I am your

host Mike Milner in today's episode of the Coaches Compass. I'm going to do something similar as to what I did last episode, which was the one thing to carry into

2024, but this is going to be a little bit different.

So if you don't know already that my Monday and Wednesday

episodes are more for anyone who wants to improve

their health well-being as a fitness goal of some kind or just wants to be a better person

since we talk a lot about personal development and mindset and all that good stuff

and then my Friday episodes are for coaches who want to

build their businesses and are kind of sick and tired of all the

bullshit business coaching marketing advice,

sales advice that's out there and just appreciate

or of a, I don't know, we'll call it

transparent authentic way of doing things that is not sleazy or salesy or, you know, something

where you have to violate your moral code to make a sale.

And so on the last episode, I told everyone to carry permission into 2024. Permission being the key

ingredient for success in the next year.

Now for coaches, maybe it's similar, but I want to go in a slightly different direction.

Slightly different direction.

It's not permission.

Because if you're a coach,

you've likely already given yourself permission to help people.
