my definition of confidence is simply a willingness to be uncomfortable. And I think a lot of us

know that we would do anything. We would do anything to avoid discomfort. Anything. We will hide.

We will pretend to be someone that we're not. We will even

continue a life of misery if it means certainty, certainty being the opposite in our minds of
