Ever since I've read the book The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron last year, I've been doing one of her exercises regularly, not perfectly, but I've been doing it regularly. And I've got to say,

it's a game changer. This book, The Artist's Way, it's been in print for years. It's been a

It's a book for everybody because we are all creative at our core. And if you dispute this on any

level, remind yourself of who you are as a child. Didn't you love to make things, figure things out,

that we simply let go of as we get older because life gets more serious.

But one thing that Julia Cameron suggests in this book, and I think it's an incredible thing

stage of life, it's this. She calls it the artist's date, meaning a date that you have with yourself

job, maybe you're a, you raise children, maybe you're a coach like me, no matter what,

there is creativity in everything. Everything that we do is a creative act. We forget about this.

We dismiss it. We think that creativity is for kids. But solving problems, that's creative.
