Yes, and it is a pleasure to have you, my friend. So how would you get it started by telling us a

little bit about yourself and what you do? Yeah, sure. Well, I'm an author and entrepreneur.

However, that all started because I spent 21 years in the U.S. Navy as a Navy SEAL. I was an

officer. I went into the SEAL teams in 1996 and then retired in 2021. I came out of the Navy,

and I'd obviously been so much time with some of the highest performing teams on the planet.

And I got really intrigued

as to what it takes to build, maintain, and make better high performing teams. And so that's really

the crux of the work we've been doing since coming out of the military is helping teams and
