So let's like base bare bones, like start with what is a registered

dietitian and how does it differentiate from, or I guess, divest from diet culture? Like what is,

I think we hear the word diet and we immediately consume that as something that means it's meant

to lose weight or it's meant to do this or that. There are so many different, we have weird relationships with the word diet. And so I would love for you to sort of

just intro us into what a dietitian does and how they work to support. That's a really

great point about the semantics of it all. It is unfortunate that that is our kind of official title.

But, you know, a registered

dietitian, we are trained in evidence-based practice to help support folks and meet them

where they are in their food and body journeys. And of course, for some people, that may mean

managing a chronic disease like diabetes,

others may mean trying to, you know, reach a healthy weight. And for others, it's, you know,

trying to improve their relationship with food in a way that helps them get away from
