So just to give myself a brief intro, I'm a family physician. I'm working in Toronto. I've been working in primary care for 15 years. I've been working with the Cleveland Clinic with their executive health program for the past 12 years. And more recently, I've moved into their women's health program, taken the lead there,

and have my menopause certification. And I'm working with a clinic to help build a perimenopause

and menopause program for women. So I'm super excited to be here today to talk about all things perimenopause,

because this is like the hot topic of the day. It is. And it's also, I think, really confusing.

Because right now, I could say something

as simple as I have itchy skin today and people will be like paramedopause. It's perimenopause.

And I'm finding it like, oh, I had itchy skin in my 20s and we wouldn't have said that. So I'm

finding we're so on alert to try and track and see the signs of perimenopause. But I am so freaking

lost. I'm 40. I'm not feeling that yet, but I know it's coming and I want to be prepared and I want
