0:20.5	I'm podcasting to enjoy while you're falling asleep at night.
0:25.5	Tonight is season 5 episode 20. This is new boss. This is the first of many major guest appearances on the show.
0:39.5	In the past, I think we had, oh no, we didn't have Ricky yet. Ricky doesn't show up, but that's really, really minor.
0:47.5	We had Jack Black, we had Jessica Elma as that storyline, but I would say that at the time,
1:00.5	it just Elma was not nearly the star that he is today. This episode aired March 19, 2009.
1:13.5	So, it's definitely different than having, it was a way different reality for it yourself,
1:23.5	but it showed up as a character than it would be for Jack Black to have showed up as a character in the office.
1:30.5	Same thing with Todd Packer. His fame was very different back then. A lot of those characters.
1:38.5	Charles Minor, we are here. This one was written by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stubnitzky.
1:45.5	If you see a trend by them writing great episodes, Trust Trends Things, and then directed by Paul Fink,
1:56.5	who at the time was also the, he was like the overall producer of the show. Season 5 was like his baby,
2:06.5	and I also note that because that's important going forward.
2:11.5	So, we're going to get into the episode tonight. I want to make sure everybody has their sleep timer set.

2:30.5	And we're going to get into the episode. We start off with Dwight Michael and Pam sitting in the conference room.
2:38.5	And the point of the meeting is that it is Michael's 15th anniversary at the company with a proposal for a 15-minute proposal in moment of silence.
2:57.5	Jim off in the corner in his Tuxedo says, is it classy enough? We should celebrate with a classy event.
3:09.5	This party has the excitement drama and intrigue of my time here. And classy, yeah.
3:19.5	Don't you see what he's doing? Dwight's out on a mo with a dress code last week.
3:28.5	He's string quartet playing classy cal music.
3:34.5	Michael, very influenced. Very influenced by Jim's opinion.
