host Mike Milner and today we're gonna get a little more tactical. I feel like it's usually how this goes.

We do a little more of the mental mindset psychological whatever you want to call it, stuff.

I love that stuff, but a lot of people listen because they want action,

they want tangible things that they can do to improve their results.

That's what we're going to talk about today,

especially because it's September 1st

as I am recording this, which is just absolutely crazy.

I feel like every single year goes faster

than the last it is just truly insane.

I don't know how. It's already September 1st.

September is a fun month.

It is Melts birthday month very soon, and that's cool so we get to do a little celebrating and

also because she's a twin and that would also be her sister's birthday, who I'm also close with.

And she is kind of the glue behind Pop, if you have signed up for pop coaching, which, way we've had a nice little chunk of

people join lately which is cool some badass people that I've spoken to over the

past week or so and have joined and it's I don't know there's something very

rewarding when I have these conversations and I can tell like these are really our

people just by like like I don't know the people who listen to the show I feel like have that

mindset where they're like you know I know I'm gonna get this done I want to be the success story where

I I finally put all the like the failed bullshit behind me and I just get after it like

let's get this done with you know help me get to my goals and teach me
