starter pack it'll be like the I only eat clean and can't lose weight starter pack and then it'll be like a 2,000 calorie salad and a

bottle of wine on Saturday and whatever. It made me think of it because we're going to do a business

starter pack basically if you are within the infancy stages of growing your business and really this applies to everybody

so if you're well beyond the infancy stage if you are absolutely crushing it and you have a huge roster and

you're doing really well this will still apply but I really wanted to focus on I

don't know I've been having a lot of conversations lately with coaches who are in that infancy stage and they keep asking me what to focus on and I keep circling back to four things.

So I wanted to go over them.

This will not be the starter pack meme

where it's just a giant joke,

but it made me think of those memes because they're funny.

Anyway, that's what we're doing.

We're doing a business starter pack episode,

the four things that if you are,

like if you're below 5K a month, say, or even really below 10K a month, you don't have a

huge client roster, you're basically a soloprenor, this will be especially relevant for you but again do not just because you're you

know at 10 K or above even if you're at 100k a month, this still applies, especially number one.

So I'm going to give you four things to focus on and you can literally just do this over

and over and over again and scale to however big you want.

Now there are some nuance to that. There are some things that you would have to add on.

There's some systems and frameworks that you would need in place,

but this, these are kind of like the business pillars, period.
