Happy New Year. I hope everybody had a nice safe night, hope everybody had a lot of fun, and now you get to listen to some fishing talk while you nurse your headache and lay on the couch for probably the foreseeable future.

So today we have a pretty good show.

We're going to go over the New Year's resolutions that you should be making next year.

We're going to talk about some of the reasons why people's resolutions that they usually make,

whether in their personal life or for fishing, just kind of don't make a lot of sense

and so we'll go over some that actually do make sense to make this year.

We're going to talk about how you do that. And then we have a giant fish catch

that we need to get to and then we're going to take a question from a viewer.

So all right, first up we're going to talk about these New Year's resolutions.

I'm sure everybody's heard him.

It's that time of year.

It's a New Year, New Me, blah, blah, blah.

Everybody makes these promises.

They're not going to keep to themselves.

A lot of the times the ones you're going to hear are like I'm going to get fit this year. No you're not. I'm going to save more money this year again. No you're not.
