than in the past. Today's tip is to put a lid on it. No, I am not suggesting you keep your

great ideas to yourself. I mean literally put a lid on it as then use travel cups in your

work from home setup.

Now, this might sound like a silly bit of advice.

After all, a key upside of remote work is that you aren't traveling anywhere.

No need to delve into the world of insulated cups and thermos and such.

But I've been working from home for a long time, and I've

realized that not all journeys involve distances. Mornings can get long, and morning work hours

can be fragmented. Work for 45 minutes, deal with the kids, then get to work again.

A travel mug keeps me from constantly having to reheat my coffee.

And I don't know about you, but I've always found that the original heat is somehow nicer

than the microwave variety.

In recent months, I've noticed some additional benefits to travel cups, too.

For one, volume.
