Turning your Bible to John Chapter 5, I hope you're doing your homework every week.

You know, we could have a pop quiz today.

How many of you would like to have a pop quiz? How many of you don't want to

have a pop quiz? Okay, all right. Well, I want you to read, this week you'll read John 5 and John 6, last week John 4 and John 5.

If you ever miss a week, you'll just kind of catch up because hopefully you can just start that next week. And we're only going to go through the first 15

verses of John 5 today I really was tempted to preach all 47 verses of John 5 because it is so good and from verse 16 to

verse 47 is the first of many discourses that Jesus has about himself in the book of John.

So please read this chapter, especially the verses we're not covering today.

Jesus talks about that there's a forefold witness that proves that he is the Messiah,

four different witnesses, and I named those four for you.

If you like from until you can read him of John the Baptist, the Father himself, the works that Jesus

did, and the scriptures.

All four of those witness that Jesus is who he says he is.

So please read that later.
