my graduate school days, even before then, but especially in graduate school, there was a lot of

focus on like, well, what's your, what's your theoretical orientation? You know, are you into

cognitive behavioral therapy? Are you into psychodynamic therapy or acceptance and commitment

therapy or dialectical behavioral therapy? You've got to psychodynamic therapy, or acceptance and commitment therapy,

or dialectical behavioral therapy? You got to be into some sort of three-letter acronym,

DBT, ACT, CBT. And I was like, um, all of them? I don't know. Whatever works, man.
