A man who police are certain they have identified, but have never been able to convict for her abduction and murder.

Susanna Jane Lamplew, Susie, to everyone who knew her, was born on May 3rd, 1961, and on July 28,

1986, at the age of just 25, she was reported missing in Fulham, London.

On that particular day, Susie, an estate agent, attended an appointment with a man who called himself

Mr. Kipper, with plans of showing him around a home on Shorald's Road.

Witnessed by three individuals, Susie was outside the home between 1245 and 1 p.m.

And seen at the gateway of the property at 12.50 p.m.,

the man walking by would later tell police that it looked as if she was waiting for someone.

Ten minutes later, the owner of the house next door heard the sounds of someone leaving the home for sale,

and saw Susie, in the company of an unidentified male, walking down the pathway and stopping to look back at the house.

This sighting, which helped provide a sketch during the investigation, was corroborated by another passerby,

who said he noticed the man was holding a bottle of champagne with ribbons tied around it.

The pair then got into a car with another neighbor saying he thought they were arguing
