John Bataglia was born on August 2nd, 1955, on a military base in Enterprise, Alabama.

Moving all over as a child, John attended high school in both Oregon and New Jersey before

graduating from Dumont High School and heading off to Fairley Dickinson

University, where he started out pre-med, but then switched to accounting before dropping out

all together in 1976 at the urging of a friend. After getting into some trouble with the law

for illegal drugs, John decided to join the Marines where he eventually became a sergeant.

Leaving to become an accountant, he moved to Dallas, where his father was at the time,

and began attending night classes to get his CPA while modeling on the side.

Achieving his goal and becoming an accountant, along the way John met, married, and had a

daughter with a woman named Michelle Getty, who at some point filed a request for him to be arrested

on the grounds of harassment. Their relationship was filled with accounts of domestic violence,
