Summary

So important. So simple. The thing that the church needs is for the member of the body of Christ to step out into serving one another with boldness. God gives us the Holy Spirit and uses us to be a blessing to one another in countless ways and the Bible is telling us to step out into those giftings. Pastors aren’t the only ones with a ministry! I hope and pray this Bible study encourages, and admonishes you to step out.

We are. And I think that that's what Romans 1514 is talking about. But first

1:06.7

let's talk about what probably jumps out to you because we're full of goodness and

1:11.7

filled with all knowledge is what it says.

1:15.0

Anybody feel like that describes you?

1:18.0

In fact you could be like I'm full of goodness but yet the scripture says no one is good but God

1:25.5

Jesus himself he said no one is good but God this is where the atheist jumps in and goes

1:28.9

Ah contradiction and then quickly jumps away before you know I don't want to think about the passage that's supposedly contradicting, but rather we'll try to understand it.

1:38.0

So how am I full of goodness and fill with all knowledge? Well, there's two things to add here. I think

1:44.9

that this is in a corporate sense, not an individual sense, and I think it's referencing

1:49.6

the Holy Spirit, not just referencing you and your skills and your amazingness. spirit not

1:55.0

full of goodness and your full of goodness and knowledge,

1:58.0

but rather the Holy Spirit obviously is.
