am a real estate investor and just been a lifetime entrepreneur. So great to be here.

Yeah, you're like a serial entrepreneur. Even when you had a regular job, like a regular job, you were still hustling on the side. Yeah, I haven't really had a regular job in my life. Honestly, I mean, I've had some as a kid, but I was a firefighter for a period of time for about six years, full-time firefighter EMT. But the cool thing
