oh, that's why I love this guy. It's why I love this guy.

This is such a simple thing, and've seen it messed up so many times and I've seen people change

their behavior around this and get incredible results and people are like really a

podcast not reading yeah really folks yeah really folks yeah really folks you

many of you you really need to listen to this because you violate these things every single

morning and your organization suffers as a result.

So anyways, I love this.

This is why I said 20 years ago,

dude we need to get your stuff in front of more people. Here's a here's a prime example of it.

Yeah I wish it was because I was smart but actually it's just lots of data about managers.

That's all it is.

But look, and you know, I'm glad you feel that way.

This is the kind of guidance that ought to be unnecessary but unfortunately it isn't.

You know folks you're never so busy that you can't step away from what you're doing for five

minutes and say something and if you don't if you don't greet your people

you're ignoring your directs and that's not good.

We have four points we want to make. The first one the big one is greet every

direct who works for you every morning face to face when you're in the office.

That seems pretty simple, face to face.
