This is the Wil cane podcast. As always, I hope you will download,

rate, review, subscribe, leave a comment and share it with your friends. I'm coming to you live from Daytona Beach, Florida for the Daytona 500. I got in late in the evening and And when I landed, I realized,

you know, I haven't checked all the boxes.

I haven't insured.

I've done my five musts of every day of 75 hard. So for the first time in my experience a week or so win to 75 hard, I had to take off in the night for a run. I had to jam it in.

And let me just say, it was awesome.

Ran barefoot on the beach.

The waves rolling in and out.

The moon right over the water.

Don't get me wrong, it was a little scary from time to time as there's shadows in the water. Don't get me wrong, it was a little scary from time to time as there's shadows in the night

walking up and down the beach puffing on a cigarette. It's all the unknown. What's that animal scurrying along in the sand but man it was awesome there is a

reward at the end of this discipline.
