what they say in business and real estate generally is a small deal and a big deal are the same amount of work.

The only thing that changes is the number of zeros.

The good thing about real estate is that there's a lot of zeros even on really small deals.

You know you can buy a self-storage facility for 400 grand and operate it a lot better and three or four years later it can be worth a million dollars.

That's life changing money for almost everybody.

founder of the sweaty startup. Nick sold his first storage business

storage God for seven figures.

Now he owns and operates bolt storage, which has 42 different self-storage facilities,

and I think they've put out over a hundred million in self-storage.
