Jules, so we've been getting a lot of great feedback on these questions or on these topics we've

been doing of late. And I have to say I'm really thrilled because it's telling me that there's a lot

of agents out there that are finally going to get off their duffs and learn how to become powerful listing agents. And I think that's really exciting. And so, like, we're doing that our sister podcast, which is called Powerhouse Talk, and we're, you know, we've got co-host, it's you and me, and it's Chris Heller, the former CEO of Keller Williams. It's Dan Lesniak, it's Casey Anderson in Orlando, Montiel. And one of the topics I am presenting to them asking questions, rather, of them this week on our show, it's going to be if you could only do one thing for lead generation, what will it be? It's kind of a, I think, red herring question, if you want to know the truth, because I know what they're all going to say. They're all going to say expired listings. I'm sure they are. But, you know, for the first time ever in many of the agents' careers that are listening and watching us right now, the, frankly, I think a lot of them are getting burned out on essentially being abused as buyers agents and getting fleeced for all the referral fees and all the other stuff.
