Okay, so you guys know, I've been really trying to tap into my spiritual side lately.

I've been a little bit off my routine because I've been traveling so much.

But when I'm really intentional about it, I feel so peaceful and centered.

And one of the things that I used to help me tap into that mental space are natural crystals.

Like rose cords and amethyst, I have them in my bedroom, on my desk,

right when you walk in, I have them everywhere. I've been carrying them in my purse. And I can tell

you that they've really helped me in a positive way. But I've been dying to learn more about them

and how they work. So I thought it would be really nice to bring on Laura Ellis. She's helped her

clients with energy work both in person and remotely for almost 20 years.

She knows a lot about crystals, how they can help us, and how to pair them together.

And one of the things I love about her is that she says she finds joy in helping people heal, embrace their magic, and shift their lives.

I'm doing well. How are you doing? I'm good. I'm very happy to have you on this show and I'm going to tell you why.

You know so much about crystals, but also there's so many people that don't believe in crystals and the energy. And I just want to give them more information.

So I'm glad that you're on here because you have a lot of experience.

I do. Yes. I've been working with crystals from a professional standpoint for 20 years and personally for about 35 years.

Oh, my gosh. Nice. You look very young, by the way. Thank you. Yeah. I'm going to be 50 next year.
