I want to speak to you today about something that's really really really overlooked, but the most successful among us know it and connect to it and live in a way that allows it to really be the focus of what they do each day, how they show up,

thinking about the speed of the action that we take, the

rewards that we expect, the return that we're looking for, and the immediate gratification

you know, and then walking everywhere, making plans on the telephone.

I mean, we live in such a different age now with many, many, many benefits, but one detriment

can absolutely be our inability to focus, think about even remember that life is short yes, but it can also be long and we don't want to just think about today. We want to make decisions and take the actions
